Brokk is Eitri's elder brother. Along with Eitri, he is one of the two blacksmiths of Midgard.

Brokk and Eitri are both dwarves who were helped by Arkantos on defending their armory from giants.

Brokk and Eitri's unique abilities are mining gold. No other hero in Age of Mythology can mine gold.

Brokk and Eitri are also known for making the Battle Boar which pulled the cart of Freyja. They are noted for being featured in the Golden gift campaign, an add-on to the origonal AoM. The Golden Gift featured all-norse gameplay and was a total of 4 levels. The plot of the Golden gift is about Brokk and Etri having a feud on who will make the golden Boar first and sacrifise it to Freyer, they are turned against each other into competition when Loki (In his guise of Skult) tricks them into believing their other brother is out to build the boar and take credit for it, which by the 3rd level, they resolve and work against Loki, and retreiving the golden boar which Loki had stolen in the confusion
